Terms of Service

Who These Terms Apply To

By visiting this website or requesting services from Quality Contracting, Inc., located at 211 Southbridge Street, Auburn, MA 01501, you agree to the terms described on this page. These terms govern your use of our website and any service relationship that begins through an inquiry submitted here. They do not replace a signed work-authorization agreement — that document, once executed, governs the actual scope, pricing, and conditions of any project we perform.

If you have questions about anything below, reach us at info@qualitycontracting.us or (508) 756-8800.

Service Area and Estimates

Quality Contracting, Inc. operates within Massachusetts. We reserve the right to decline service requests outside our current service area or beyond our current capacity without explanation.

Any estimate, quote, or proposal we provide — whether delivered in person, by phone, by email, or through this website — is an assessment of likely scope and cost, not a binding contract. Work does not begin and pricing is not locked until both parties have signed a written work-authorization form. Until that form is signed, no service obligation exists on either side.

Payment Terms and Accepted Methods

Payment terms are specified in the signed work-authorization agreement for each project. Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of estimate. Invoices not paid within the period stated in your agreement may be subject to late fees as permitted under Massachusetts law.

For projects involving insurance claims, we will coordinate directly with your carrier when you authorize us to do so in writing. Insurance proceeds, supplements, and direct-pay arrangements are subject to the terms in your work-authorization form. You remain responsible for any balance not covered by your insurer, including deductibles.

Scope of Work and Changes

The signed work-authorization form defines what work will be performed, in what sequence, and at what price. Any change to that scope — whether requested by you or made necessary by conditions discovered during the project — requires a written change order before additional work proceeds. Verbal approvals are not sufficient to authorize scope changes.

Quality Contracting, Inc. operates as a licensed contractor under Massachusetts state regulations. Our liability is limited to the work described in the signed agreement and any written change orders. We are not liable for pre-existing conditions, hidden damage discovered after work is complete, or outcomes resulting from decisions made by the property owner or other trades.

Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises from a project or from use of this website, we ask that you contact us first at (508) 756-8800 or info@qualitycontracting.us so we can attempt to resolve it directly. If direct resolution is not possible, disputes will be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and any legal proceedings will take place in Worcester County.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page. Continued use of the website or our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
